Causeway is an aspiring musician whose interests lie in sound production and electronic composition. He has finished his Bachelor's Degree in Sound Production at SAE Institute a globally recognised college, Causeway is delving into more alternative music genres, to everything from ambient, IDM (Intelligent Dance Music) and minimal, to Low-fi Hip Hop.

Causeway works in the professional industry as an aspiring Sound Engineer, particularly in post production and composition. He has been involved in various projects in recent media including SYFY channel's 'Vagrant Queen', as well as a number of local short films. Causeway has also been involved in multiple events such as the global '48 Hour Film Festival', where he took a lead role in post production twice. His strengths in post production particularly lie in foley and sound effects, as he enjoys creating believable sound spaces to aid visual scenes. He greatly looks up to artists such as Aphex Twin, Boards of Canada, Bonobo, Brian Eno, and Gorillaz for pushing the boundaries in the genres they create for. Older artists such as Daft Punk, Jean-Michel Jarre, and Kraftwerk hold just as much respect and inspiration for Causeway and his own composition.
From a young age, Causeway has been intrigued by music and sound. He began his formal musical training with the violin as a first instrument, which led to further studies into piano and keyboard. He now has a great interest in composition and sound design, bringing the real-world into the electronic through the mixing of medias. One of his main fascinations with music is its ability to bring out texture and emotion through sound.
